How it works…

Once you have sent over the online form and photo we will set up your pages with your contact details, etc.

We will then send you a link for both you and your golfers to access your pages.

You will be able to manage your calendar by logging in HERE, so that you only offer days and times where you are available and can move and cancel clients appointments. Please see the below videos for a simple guide of these features:

Once you send out a mailshot to your members with a link to your pages, they will be able to access the site to make booking.

Once they select a day and time for a lesson, they then select continue. They will then need to enter their contact details and which type of lesson they would like from the options you have made available (FaceTime/Skype etc.)

They then select complete appointment, this will take them to the payment page, if you have selected the payment option. Once they have completed the payment an email will be sent both to you and the golfer confirming the date, time and virtual contact. From there it is over to you to deliver the lesson.

We will forward the payment to the account details you supplied at the end of each working day. All payments made by 5pm will be transferred to you. Any payments received after 5pm or over the weekend will be forwarded the next working day.

If you selected the bookings only option, then an email will be sent both to you and the golfer confirming the date, time and virtual contact. From there it is over to you to deliver the lesson.
